Construction Process

Step 1
In the sales and design phase, our consultants will sit down with you and help you select the home you need.

Step 2
Next, we’ll guide you through signing the contract. We can assist with shire approvals if you require it. At this stage, we will help you with your pre-start selections and establish which optional features you’ll require.

Step 3 The first stage of actual construction is the manufacture of wall frames.	Step 4 Next, we manufacture the floor slab out of concrete.
Step 5 Once the floor slab is properly set, we place the slab and wall frames into position.	Step 6 Next, we erect the wall frames and roof n the slab. This includes the pre-wire of electrics and pre-tube of plumbing.
Step 7 The external claddings are then attached. Now it’s starting to look like a home!	Step 8 The internal cladding follows.
Step 9 Once the internal cladding is on, we can focus on the fixings, cabinetry and tiling.	Step 10 The house is now all but complete. We do all the finishing and cleaning, ready for packing.
Step 11 Now it gets exciting. We split the house and transport it to your site.	Step 12 Locating your home on your site involves positioning the sections carefully, ready for joining.
Step 13 Finally, we join the sections of your house up on the site. We can also provide join-up for your plumbing and electrics. Your home is now ready for you to move into!
